Terms of Service

By creating an account, accessing, or using HealthHold.ai (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including household Admins and household Members. The Admin who creates a household account is responsible for ensuring that all invited Members comply with these Terms.

HealthHold.ai is a personal, private household health dashboard. You may use the Service solely to:

• Track, visualize, and organize health data for yourself and members of your immediate household or family unit.
• Upload personal health documents (such as lab reports) for AI-assisted data extraction and visualization.
• View AI-generated health insights, trends, and summaries for household members.
• Manage medications, supplements, wearable data, and health timelines for your household.

You may NOT use HealthHold.ai to:

• Provide health services, medical advice, or clinical support to persons outside your household.
• Process patient data in any professional, commercial, or institutional medical capacity.
• Share household health data with employers, insurers, researchers, or any third party without explicit consent from the affected member.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to circumvent HIPAA, GDPR, or other applicable health data regulations in a professional context.

HealthHold.ai integrates AI capabilities powered by Claude (Anthropic) for the following purposes:

• PDF Lab Reader: Extracts lab values and test results from uploaded PDF documents for display in your personal health dashboard.
• Health Insights: Generates trend summaries, progress observations, and data visualizations based on your household's recorded health data.
• Data Visualization: Renders charts, timelines, and summary cards to help you understand health trends over time.

All AI integrations within HealthHold.ai are provided solely for personal health tracking, visualization, and dashboard purposes. They are expressly NOT intended for:

• Clinical decision support or diagnostic assistance.
• Medical advice, treatment recommendations, or prescription guidance.
• Any professional or commercial health application.

To use HealthHold.ai, you must create an account with a valid email address and a secure password.

• The first person to register creates the household and becomes the Admin.
• The Admin may invite additional household members by email. Invited members become Members of the household.
• The Admin is responsible for the activity of all members within their household account and for ensuring that invited members are genuine household or family members.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. Do not share your password.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. Minors' health data may be managed by an adult Admin.

HealthHold.ai and its underlying software, design, AI integrations, and content are the intellectual property of HealthHold.ai and its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal household purposes as described in Section 2.

Your health data remains yours. You retain full ownership of all data you enter into the Service. By using the AI analysis features, you grant HealthHold.ai and Anthropic a limited license to process your documents solely to provide the requested analysis.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HealthHold.ai, its founders, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of or inability to use the Service.
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-extracted health data.
• Health decisions made in reliance on dashboard content.
• Loss of health data due to browser storage clearing or device loss.
• Unauthorized access to your household account.

You may terminate your use of HealthHold.ai at any time by deleting your browser's local storage data. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, particularly the restriction to personal household use only.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which HealthHold.ai is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Household Admins will be notified of material changes via email or an in-dashboard notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
